How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Frequent connectivity issues only during Sealed Duskmourn event
Playing on Windows, hard wired connection, client version 2024.41.10.6837.1094853
I mostly play Unranked, which has not experienced any issues yet. However, as of yesterday, I attempted to play Sealed and began having connection issues. I attempted a second Sealed run today, and had the same issue. I've tried restarting my computer and resetting my internet in case that was the issue, but it hasn't helped. The only connection issues occur during Sealed, so I'm wondering if there's an issue with the event? Please let me know if there's anything I can do to improve my experience and prevent this unfortunate…

Incorrect Draft Results
I was doing a Duskmourn Quick Draft on mobile iOS. Had lost two games and had won I believe 3. I was playing in a game and won, got the victory screen, and then when i got back to the draft page it told me that i just received my third loss.

Playing against WotC employees
Hello! During my first Duskmourn Sealed event, I am fairly certain I played against Aaron Forsythe, because his display name was mtgaaron and it was orange. If it was a free-to-play game I wouldn't mind and would be tickled, but since I paid for the event it feels unfair that I got paired with someone who had already played with the set. He had a leg up on all the competition, and since I lost, I think I should've gotten compensated for that game. I hope you all don't mind that I've been sending a lot of feedback. I care…

Game dropped connection during hand selection. Wouldn't let me play cards after reconnect.
Received "connecting to server" on PC at the beginning of match. Game reconnected; however, I couldn't select any cards to play lands.

booster not appear after acquiring them
I've acquired a booster in mastery(level 14) and it doesn't appear in the booster section... than i've bought a booster of karlov manor for 900 gold and that didn't appear too...and no new card in collection so no idea where the problem is...

Crashes and Starting errors when drafting on Windows PC(Gems consumed multipul times)
先月のアップデート以降、ドラフトが始まらず、アンインストール→再インストールさせられたり、その後もドラフト中に頻繁にクラッシュしており、正常にドラフトが出来ず困っています。
なお、デュエル中は特に問題はありません。
ジェムも消費してしまっているので、どうにか対応してください。

MTGA freezes when I press the button to start the draft I paid for.
MTGA freezes when I press the button to start the draft I paid for. Waiting screen appears then freezes and the game cannot proceed.

Crash on trying to start Duskmourn Premier Draft
I bought access to the Duskmourn Premier Draft for 1500 Gems and when I click on the Start Draft button the game freezes in the "Waiting for the Server..." loading screen and then crashes.

Frozen Premium Draft - can't quit, can't re-enter
Background: the first day of Duskmourn Premium Draft, I tried to enter. It showed the screen that said waiting for others to join the draft, but no one ever did and MtGA became unresponsive. I was able to force an exit from MtGA and restart. All other events that I've tried are availiable to me, but not Premier Draft.
When I navigate to Premier Draft, the box I select says "Resume." I can get to the next screen, which shows how many games I've won and lost (none, none) and says "Start Draft." When I select "Start Draft" MtgA crashes,…

Missing Game in Bo3-Darft and broken Report-Site
In this Bo3 Draft I only could play 2 Matches instead of three. I tried to report the Bug but it's not possible to upload the log on the site. It shows me an error: "The upload took too long, connection was lost.". I have 40mbps uploadspeed, so it can't be a problem on my side.
Would be nice to get a refund for the draft and a fix for the bug report site.3 votes -
limited duskmourne
I was given a defeat out of nowhere. I was way ahead in the game. I had Vagavoth and the moment I played a white room (forget which) I was given the "defeat" screen. I didn't not time out. Everything also had hex proof thanks to the blue room. This would've been my 6th win!

When I try to spend the orbs I gained to get cards I don't receive any. The orb is gone but I don't get the reward. Can you help me? It happens even if I unlock the mastery pass.

Draft win recorded as both win ans loss
I was playing premier draft for Duskmourne.
I was 4/2 when I won a game and suddenly I was 5/3.
I have captured the log on mobile and will try and find the log file.3 votes -
re-loadable mastery passes
With Bloomburrow only being 60 days and Duskmourn only being 48 days, and both costing as much as a 90-day mastery pass, you need to allow players to re-load older Mastery passes that they pay for. This is a no-brainer. Halo infinite does it and it'll incentivize players to buy more mastery passes if they know they won't lose out on content they spent money to get.

Draft tokens bugged for Premier Duskmourne draft?
I used a draft token to enter Premier Duskmourne draft and Arena keeps freezing/crashing on the "waiting to seat players" screen. I was able to enter the Ixalan quickdraft so im assuming its just the draft token for premier and not drafting in general that is the problem.
