Multi-coloured decks being played in colour challenge
I went in to colour challenge, and 3 matches in a row resigned because the opponent fielded an edited multicolour deck, so my questions are:
Are multi-colour decks allowed in colour challenge? I thought it was supposed to be single colour pre-constructed decks; and
Can you edit the decks for colour challenge somehow? When I edit the pre-constructed mono decks in my collection, it doesn't change the fielded deck that I get in colour challenge.
It seems unfair if some players can edit their decks and use multicoloured decks in colour challenge if others can't, and a bit silly anyway…

Power Cube draft price
The price to draft the arena power cube is WAY too high and the rewards are really bad. Just feels like corporate greed :(

JUMP-IN EVENT STUCK, THE RESSING BUTTON IS GONE
The 'Resign' button in the Jump In event has disappeared, and my account is currently stuck. I cannot play or exit the event. Could you please reset my event status please, Thank you." i wait for 2 years plz help

Stuck on opponents turn
Opponent played a card and game wouldn't move to my turn. It was just stuck on the picture attached. By the time I realized what happened and reloaded into game I loaded into the game just long enough to see I would have won but then it made me concede because I had been afk too long

Bug
Android arena. Playing midweek magic phantom bot draft. Both me and my opponent roped at the same time. Skips my next turn after I played one creature spell that stayed on the stack and never resolved. No way to leave match except to exit the app.

Misleading Reward Display in Marvel Jump In
Hello,
I would like to report what I believe is a deceptive reward display in the new Marvel Super Heroes Jump In event.
The reward screen clearly states:
Reward: 2 Rare cards
Rare or higher cardThere is absolutely no mention anywhere that a reward can instead become 20 Gems if the player already owns four copies of a Mythic card.
In a previous reply, your support team confirmed that Jump In ICRs do not have duplicate protection. This means players may pay 1,000 Gold expecting the advertised reward of two Rare cards, but instead receive only 20 Gems without…

STILL Missing June Rewards
In June, the seasonal rewards were given out in error at the start of the month. A note was sent out to say that everyone would receive Mythic rewards as compensation. When those were sent out, all my packs were "blanks". There was a follow up message giving me 5 packs for Constructed, but I have still not received the packs for Limited over a month later.

I just got my second win in the Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes event. I clicked CLAIM to get my cards, but I got 3 cards and was resigned from the event instead.

Draft Timer Glitch
There was a problem with the draft timer in the final pick of the second pack and first pick of the third pack in my draft today. The final pick of the second pack seemed to pass instantaneously, and I was given only seconds to make the first pick of the third pack. This seemed to affect other players as well, as I experienced no delay in getting the cards passed to me.

Issue with Jump In Rewards - Receiving 20 Gems Instead of Rare Cards Despite Incomplete Collection
Hello Wizards of the Coast Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue I experienced with the Jump In event for the Marvel Super Heroes set.
I recently played the Jump In event using a ticket. I won my match, but the rewards I received were 20 Gems, twice. As you know, 20 Gems is equivalent to only about 0.10 USD, while a single Rare Wildcard is sold for about 4.50 USD (4 wildcards for 1800 JPY). The value difference is 25 times, which is extremely frustrating.

General feedback
Want to provide general feedback about recent activities on the client:
PROPS
- 2pick draft is amazing, and making it evergreen was the greatest thing this year imho;
- contender drafts are cool too, making two separated weeks;
- making achievements to acquire free mythics/rares from commander/jumpstart stuff is a cool adiction, I hope it maintains and include more cards to help complete collection.SLOPS
- although the changes in prizes on jumpstart were positive, I think the prizes must be jumpstart materialm and not standard (like in the 1st jumpstart in arena). I dont like to play it (weak…2 votes -
Not enough people to draft
I bought traditional draft marvel superheroes. Since one week, I cannot find enough people for a draft. I would like to be reimbursed since I am unable to use it.

Cards included in multiple copies in the Cube Draft.
Regarding cards included in multiple copies in Cube Draft Some cards are included in multiple copies in the Planner Cube, but there is no way to verify this on the card pool review screen; I would like to see this improved.
I was able to figure out the situation with the Zendikar version because the description screen noted the inclusion of three fetch lands, but I didn't realize there were multiple copies of Risen Reef until the draft period had already ended, causing me to miss the chance to build an Elemental deck.

Pick 2 draft card missing
I did a pick 2 draft and drafted the mythic ‘Earth’s mightiest hero’s’ card. I’m building my deck and there are an odd number of cards drafted, so it got edited out somewhere.

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild non-land wipe exemption
Ashaya, Soul of the Wild makes all of your non-token creatures into forest lands which should negate any destroy/exile target/any/all non-land permanents. I just played a game in an event and this mechanic did not work properly and all my creatures were wiped. Please correct this flaw.
