I've been getting a "Network Error There was a problem when communicating with the server" message for the past couple of days now. Noticed more this past weekend and thought it was due to the Arena open. Due to my schedule and two young children, I can only squeeze in some bot matches but even that has been acting up. I can maybe get one game in per 6-8 tries. I either get the network error code or it counts to 1:00 then loads the match only to go right to "draw". Please repair this.

Arena has been unplayable today. Every single game has resulted in a "network error" and by the time I get back on, my opponent is 3 turns ahead.

This is absolutely atrocious for a game where you are constantly paying money to play at any real value. My home network and internet connection is totally fine and I consistently get network errors during gameplay.
I just had THREE during one match and lost 3 turns due to this. Obviously I lost in a ranked game.

Server issues have been an issue since this last rotation. It is really frustrating to have a server issue in the middle of a game you are winning. The server issue causes the game to lock up and reloading the game takes so long that you can not rejoin the game in time to continue it.

I must say that I dislike the validation that kicks in after you loose connection. For me, it seems to turn a bad connection into a given loss.. I have no chance to reconnect... very much NOT motivating

I hate being this customer but I'd really like compensation on a quick draft that I lost entirely because of a pair of network errors requiring alt+f4 in one game. Really completely lost because this game refuses to get it together with this bug paired with a server issue. This truly felt like a waste of my time and currency and it's because you won't fix your game. This has been a problem for way longer than would be considered acceptable for literally any other online game, especially most of them where you depend on the game being connected consistently to have a chance. This sucks, wizards.

Constantly with this error, and now I can't even build a deck without the game kicking me out.
This has been constant all night. I don't even have time to save tiny little modifications to my deck.Please hire someone to look after and maintain your servers, cuz this is ridiculous. Idc if you have people on this, hire more people, cuz you're not doing the one thing that ranked online play requires: servers that work.
Like maybe a couple less staff members in the designing overpowered cards department, and maybe a couple more in your actual server maintenance team? That might help your game's image idk.

As CheatyMagee described, I have full control of the battlefield, but the spell cast won't resolve. The turn timer started, but 'ran out' and the hourglass animation is just sitting there. My opponent had been having some connection issues all game if that helps.
