I also have this issue very often playing on Windows 11. I followed all the recommendations in the Technical Support page about Freezing/Lagging, to no avail.

Ever since the most recent update I can't purchase packs, reset gold or play a match for more than a few minutes without it freezing. The client has become unusable.

reboots and reinstalls don't help.

on mobile I can still play, but not on pc

Same issue. Ive lost countless games using certain spells it seems like Dig thorugh time or Treasure cruise. It almoist never fails. Its been going on for so long that i Thought they fixed it last patch. but its back and makes the game unplayable, so enjoy your wasted time trying to find this game fun again.

During every other game I am loosing due to time out because the match is freezing. I have managed to loop around this before by closing out the game and opening it back up but now it will completely cancel the match.

Game freezing, always on their turn and no timers expiring. Only way I can exit it to concede the game.

While playing several games of a premier draft, the application freezes. I have to run out and try to get back to the draft before the turn passes, but I rarely make it in time. The normal thing is that you lose games due to this application error. I am wasting time and money and this error continues, it is very unfair. This way it is impossible to win. I hope they fix it soon and give me back what I invested. Thank you.

i disconnected while i had the full use of my internet, it just randomly happened during a premier draft where i couldnt concede either, which i also recieved a loss for. If i could get my money back that would be great (I took some screenshots of this but i cant attach them for whatever reason, im also trying to attach the correct logs but im not sure how to do it so it might be wrong)

Froze three times tonight in standard ranked so far. Playing on IPad, no updates available.

Premier Draft game disconnect and freeze leading to match loss, logs attached, please refund me for this as a I lost a game due to this bug. The game did not notify me about a disconnect at all. Thank you!

Games always freezing and I would need to reload the game/reconnect. Only happens on mobile.

I was in a draft game and as soon as I played Kura, the game froze for a couple minutes and I got disconnected. When I reconnected, my timers had been used up and enough turns had passed where I lost.

i got a disconnect (while my internet was still running) while playing a draft game (Grimson vow premier draft) and therefore lost the game and the whole draft. If i could get the money i payed for playing the draft, it would be beautiful! Log is attached.
