Kaya's ghostform failure
Adding to the reports. Kaya's Ghostform is currently not working at all. Had my commander exiled with Etrata with the ghostform attached. It didn't trigger. Please fix this.

Kaya's ghostform enchanting orzhov enforcer. Opponent played Lavacoil but the enforcer did not return. lost game because of it.
