Error Updating Data
The game is stuck on startup.
It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".
Obviously my connection work just fine. I think this is a bug.

I am also experiencing this error. I have deleted the game and reinstalled 5 times on my android and also 5 times on my computer. Same error every single time. I normally play every single day, this is really upsetting that wizards is not acknowledging this error.

This all start for me yesterday (December 22 2023) and I can’t use arena neither on my computer or my phone it seems to be a server issue on Wizards end. As well admins please don’t just tell people go to the support pages you have. They don’t have solutions to the problem most likely these are bots but please give us actual support. I’ve reinstalled the app and the issue persists I’ve read some mention of deleting a manifest file fixed the issue I’m probably going to try that later today but with so many people dealing with this bs wizards has to make a patch to fix it or at the very least an apology to acknowledge the problem.

Same here. Uninstalled and reinstalled on the PC and tried installing on my iPad... nothings worked.

Many people have not been able to log in since the update 14 hours ago. the arena status has said "all systems operational" the entire time and "no incidents reported today". how little effort does WOTC put in to not even acknowledge a critical login issue

Same error for me on Windows after the release of KTK. I tried to uninstall and reinstall again, I tried to change my connection data and I tried to install it via Steam. It still does not work. : ( :(
