I'm having the same issue. My friends list is just not showing up, and I can't see any of the daily missions either. This seems like it's some sort of account issue, as it's happening on both my desktop and laptop.

I'm missing my friends list and my daily quests. Can't even send a direct challenge to my friends by searching their names.

i was selecting a deck to play a game with a friend when they cancelled the request, i then lost the ability to see my friends list. they can see that I am online and they can challenge me, but i cant see who's online of see the challenges (although i do get the orange haze in the bottom left corner where the friends list is when they challenge me). this is an account issue. it happened when i was playing on my pc, i now get the same issue when i log into arena on my phone through the app. My partner logged into her account on my pc when i was experiencing this issue and she didn't experience the same issue so it must be an error with the account. please fix.

Tre months later ... and adding a vote to a discussion to which they do not respond is a way to close open tickets in the support is not a correct way to deal with customers even if it is now clear that the real money we spend is donations

It is now two months later and still no word on this at all.
I have been unable to play properly with friends and constantly have to click on 'retry' prompts in the middle of games every gaming session, sometimes having to restart my game completely.

I have had this bug for around 6 months now. This is completely unacceptable.

I've tried to fix this through support multiple times and have had no success, nor was there any assistance besides typical 'reset your internet/reinstall the game' type things. It has been months of this, and I am very unhappy. Here are some example logs, one from before the recent patch, one from today.
Please, just some acknowledgement beyond canned responses would be nice.

I have had this problem for months, and it seems to be tied to my account. I've pleaded with Wizards of the Coast, but they must not have the support staff to be able to have a chat/phonecall with their customers.

Hmm. Well now my friends list seems to be back, however now "Chat is temporarily unavailable."?

Should I put in a new ticket?

Having this same issue - Friends list is empty and I receive a "not Online" message when clicking on the friends list icon

This is happening to me as well and restarting the client or redownloading did not fix it

Same thing is happening to me:
I tried to add someone to see if that would fix it.
they got the request
it came from my REAL username - StriderStone#86268
they accepted it
it still shows nothing on my side

Any updates to this? I fully uninstalled and reinstalled Arena but no go... :(

My friend's list is not appearing at all, I managed to send a friend invite to someone and they accepted it. They then proceeded to challenge me, I am not able to see anyone in my list (it looks like there are no friends at all) nor am I able to view/accept challenges
