game is currently inactive for more 20 minutes in a draft (it's the third game in, and I lost the first two .... )don't wanna lose the third on such terms as the game being inactive ..... so what can I do ?

When I start the application, I get the black screen and cursor about 90% of the time. The other 10% the screen says that it was unable to connect and then if I click reconnect, it will then take me into the game. I can't seem to find a pattern for when it decides to do one or the other.

I've reinstalled MTGA and updated the .net framework but the problem still persists

Game crashes for me as well. Theres no real rhyme or reason to it. It just does. Open arena, get to main menu. I can hit play, get the menu, change my deck if I want, then hit play and it crashes

Cant do store or decks either.

Im a infranchised player who buys drafts on the regular, and I literally cant do anything now that I don't have a PC. There needs to be a major update to the mac client. Its happening to EVERYONE consistently and the games been launched on the platform for like a month now...

Yeah, making a deck... random crash. again.

Hi. I have same issue. since 07/17.
I tried upgrade C++. but didn't solve this issue.
I found "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" in Player.log

crashed in the middle of a brawl match, something called the mtga utility...string of numbers and letters... came up and started to load something. Ultimately the program crashed.

Holy christ this crashing is disgusting. Game works fine in standard ranked but the second i even think of trying a draft round it crashes, usually repeatedly until i lose the match

After starting the application, it leads directly to the black screen with the custom mouse. This began after the M21 update and I'm not sure what to do. I have reset my computer and reinstalled the application, same issue. I hope someone will help soon.

Hello, after the M21 upgrade I was suffer the black screen whit custom cursor problem. The problem was resolve by upgrading the C++.

J'ai exactement le même problème (écran noir au démarrage et le curseur) depuis la mise à jour du mois de juin. Cela fait maintenant presque un mois que je ne peux plus jouer à Magic Arena sur mon ordinateur Portable Asus, processeur Intel(R) Atom (TM) x5-Z8350 CPU 1,44Ghz, mémoire Ram installée 2Go, système d'exploitation 64 bits.

The game works, one time out of 20, then WONT. Seriously.

I am experiencing this issue as well, no graphics, the game doesnt load at all, no game options, just a blank screen.
