Black screen on match start
While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game

How can you change language settings when you are not able to access the game at all? Does not make sense... By the way, in my case language was set to english and not any foreign language so the work-around obviously does not apply for everybody with this black screen issue.

I received a knew answer from Wotc customer Service and I quote (Thank you for clarification of your issue. This is a bug that is currently being looked into by the developers. Information about the issue can be found in the following site. https://forums.mtgarena.com/forums/threads/66434
As you are already aware, a temporary work around while a fix is being worked on is to change the language setting in the client to English. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we thank you for your patience while this issue is being looked into.)
I think it was easier that 12 days later WOTC, in their game Status page clearly stated every day that they are still working in a game fix and not saying the game is Operational and making players look around forum after forum for an answer or a solution. -

Neither Drafts nor Sealed matches work. Game does always crash and it is not possible to re-enter the session. Only after you have lost the match (because you weren't able to play and the time ran out meanwhile), the client is able to start the game again.

Lost many draft matches this week because the game crashes out of nowhere and didn't reconnect to the game in time. I've tried to change the language and checked my Internet ping and DL/UL and nothing was wrong with it. Didn't play the Metagame Challenge just because my gold/gems was lost in these crashes and also because a wasn't encouraged to play a "loss and out" event with these so recurring crashes.

I am tired of spending all the coins and lose them by losing battle after battle because once the game crashes it is impossible to go back to the game. Specially during DRAFTS.

I had crashes issues throughout the week, and it is simple, change the language to English, i have to suppose that it happens with another laguages. Please solve the language crashes issues, I can play in English, but I don't know why I have the obligation to play in a language other than mine for an error of the devs. Thanks for all.

My friend had the same issue on his laptop running Windows 7. Nothing worked until I installed Visual C++
vc_redist.x64.exe. As soon as I did the Arena opened a ran as it should. Hope this helps some of you. Cheers. -

I'm also having this problem. Instead of loading in to a match, both my screens go black. I can't even get in to the task manager, so my only option is to power off.

My Game Cras often since the M21 core Set Patch. And i cant relog Till the round ist over. Lost a Lot because of this Bug. :/

Switch to english language, the grame won't crash

Le problème persiste. Quand on joue en français, le jeu se coupe en pleine partie. C'est très ennuyant !
