Game crashed when doing the Premier Zendikar Rising Draft. It went to a black screen and I never was able to go back to the draft.
I used and, therefore, lost a draft token.

For me, i have the same issue but after i complete a match. No matter if i win or lose, it will lag and the say "lost connection to server try again later" and it would appear again if i hit "okay" then all it would be is a loading screen that doesn't go away. after that i tried closing out and trying again, but its just a black screen. i redownloaded it and it worked! but for only one game, having the same issue.

I get in about once every 20 minutes. I get to play 1 game then it crashes. I have to close out & wait about 20 minutes & then it loads everything like normal. When I try before the 20 minutes, I get the black screen.

Black screen happening upon login after Zendikar Rising drop. Can't get in to play.

I found a workaround to get the game client to load. When I launch the game, I had the black screen issue. Then I right-clicked on the Arena icon in my taskbar and chose the MTGA.exe option. This opened a second instance of the game client and that second instance loaded. I was then able to close out of my first session.

Me too, black screen after getting rewards and finishing the first game. Over 3 hours back screen.

got in 1 time, opened a few packs and got normal prizes. entered a ticket event got to the point of seeing cards then it crashed. Got a asset error and some other error.. black screen ever since.

I, too, am suffering the black screen when launching the game client. I force close the application and try to launch it again and the same situation occurs. Is there a client-side patch we need to apply to fix our clients, or is this a server-side fix that can be applied?

The game is nearly unplayable today. I am able to log in about 50% of the time, the other 50% is the black screen of no-play....

When I am able to log in I can take a couple actions, maybe 1 game, before I get the yellow wheel of death where I've been dropped form the network.

This is incredibly frustrating when folks have paid money to enter drafts and paid for the new set bundles only to be denied b/c Wizards can't get their product together and be properly prepared for a product launch...

Once they have your money, the product doesn't matter I guess....

The Status page seems to be saying the problem is fixed, but I still get a black screen when I restart MTGA.

Game crashed right at beginning of draft, while locked in. Draft started after long time of just trying to get back online. Keeps losing connection to network, Can't reliably trust it won't crash in the middle of a match.

Same issue. After 1 game, network error, then black screen. Force quit but the game never starts after that, mtga cursor with black screen. Sometimes Unity Crash Handler 64 starts under MTGA process but never completes. A restart WAS allowing me to play the game again,but even that appears to not be helping anymore.

I'm getting a black screen after playing my first sealed match< I've restarted the client and I can't login, It just a black screen with a cursor for over 5 minutes now. Nothing ever happens. WHat can we do to fix it?

Stuck on the black screen of death after Zendikar Rising update. Can't play or do anything. Played a few matches, then it got stuck on a "Waiting for the server..." message. After closing the game and reopening all I'm getting is a black screen and cursor.

How I worked around the black screen: Open MTGA, get black screen, open MTGA again while the first one is still open, wait for the first instance to give you the "Disconnected" message, press 'Reconnect', get in.
