same here, loose a game in draft event

The problem is obvious with the AkSoundEngine.dll. There are several games that crash with this DLL. If you are unable to fix this issue, you should roll back to the previous version that makes able to players use, and prevent core M21 cards from use until you find a fix for this!

So, maybe a new thread helps.... How is it even possible that a multi billion dollar company does not manage even to RESPOND (!) to so many customers complaining about a non-playable game for weeks now. I assume most of us payed for content or still do that on a regular basis. The least we can expect is your respect and support.

Let´s see how long a official response will take. Until then, there will be a new thread every day.

And sorry WOTC for being so stupidly willing to use your product.

10th day in a row: the game is not playable. How is this professional at all Wizards? Is customer service a joke to you?

I have a black screen every time I join a game. I have to close the game and open it again in order to be able to play. I'm getting stressed instead of relaxing.

I have an additional information. The black screen error happens only when I'm playing on my PC that has a Geforce, when I'm on the notebook that uses a radeon, the error doesn't occur.

It's been over a week. Same problem. Screen goes black with a cursor arrow when I try to load and that's it. Patch didn't work. Updating windows and Visual C++ didn't work. And WOTC support is silent on this. I know I'm not alone, because I see other posts with similar issues. Please fix this, WOTC. And please give us an indication that it's being worked on. I feel like WOTC doesn't care about people playing Arena! It's unbelievably frustrating!

My game always crash when my opponent plays "Stormwing entity", and I noticed that many players are using that card...

"Same problem here. As far as I can tell, the game crashes without warning, irregularly, but frequently, in all the different match types. And I can only ever reconnect after the game is lost. If I try to launch MTGA before that point, the game tries to put me back into my current game, but crashes during the loading screen - around the time the name and avatar of my adversary is shown."

Absolute exactly the same for me. Is there any statement by the wizards on this content?
