Unable to load the game at all, even after the latest "fix" -- I'm just presented with a black screen and cursor, no matter how long I wait or how many times I try, as administrator, etc. Redownloading, updating Visual C++, replacing AkSoundEngine.dll, and other suggested fixes have not made a difference. I've been playing Magic for over two decades and Arena almost daily since Beta, and I was excited for the new set release, but not even being able to load the game as a result of technical issues has left me extremely disappointed.

additionally, not only you cannot finish the battle due to crash issue, but also you loss the gems or money used if you were playing a draft or event. Because of the battle after the disconnection counts as lost

The hotfix doesn't fix the crash while a match. It's impossible to play currently

Crash during draft, at the beginning of my draw step. This is the second game I lose during my sealed. Impossibile to continue to play Arena with these problems, I lose my gems and money in this way.

Mise à jour installé avec M21, draft lancé et après le début de la partie crash de l'application. Impossible de retourner dans le jeu. Du coup partie perdue en draft...
Même chose en jeu classique !

Al iniciar la partida y tratar de tirar las primeras cartas el juego se bloquea y se cierra. No consigo hacer dos partidas seguidas. Tres días ya así, desde la actualización de M21...mal asunto.

Same problem. Lost 2 draft matches :( The game crashes. As I try to relaunch the program, it keeps crashing until the match ends, I lose and the game returns to the home screen.

le jeu stoppe toujours après mise a jour et réinstallation, un emprunteur intrépide apparaît au dessus de ma bibliothèque à chaque crash.
deja une dizaine de parties interrompues ainsi que deux évenements draft , ..... ne pouvant plus jouer a magic arena dans ces conditions, je vous demande le remboursement des sommes engagés, merci

Hi, for me after the hotfix the game is a little better but still slow betrween scenes, black screen or always waiting for server, during play freezes, choke and when i opened a Ikoria boster when i pressed the Rare card the game closed I do not know what card it was and even if the cards were sent to my collection.
