Feature to Report players
I am constantly matched against people who, when they're losing, use all 3 or how many ever they have of the 30 second time outs to just troll and make me waste my time. There needs to be a report feature where toxic players such as them receive some sort of penalty to discourage the action. It happens to me so often its ridiculous. especially since I try to burn through my turns as fast as possible or even concede if I know I will loose.
Please , and thank you!

There is a way to report players on the website, but it is just as unhelpful as if it wasn't there. Any mention of stalling will get the report auto ignored and any followup will get a copy and paste 'we know but are doing anything about it' message.
There are plenty of ways to combat bad behaviour, and they are choosing to do none of it.
The customer support is extremely disappointing, as is the state of the game. -

Seriously, what's going on with the moderation in Magic the Gathering Arena? It's beyond belief that we're still dealing with players who exploit the timer, dragging out games they're losing in the hope their opponent will throw in the towel. It's a blatant mockery of fair play and a slap in the face to those of us trying to enjoy our game time. Whether it's squeezing in a match during a lunch break or unwinding in the evening, having to sit there, twiddling our thumbs while someone milks the clock is infuriating to no end.
Why can't we have dynamic timers that adapt based on how players actually play? Or better yet, implement a system that automatically flags and bans repeat offenders of this maddening tactic? Take a page out of FFXIV's book – they've got it down to an art. Miss a match queue? Bam, you're hit with a 30-minute timeout. Make a habit of it or ditch your team mid-quest? Enjoy your temp ban, pal. It's a straightforward, no-nonsense approach that Magic the Gathering Arena desperately needs.
If someone's consistently letting the timer run down to the last second or bails on a match prematurely, it should be clear they're not playing by the spirit of the game. These actions should trigger immediate consequences. We're talking about preserving the integrity of the game and ensuring it's enjoyable for everyone. It's high time the developers stepped up and addressed this issue head-on. Enough is enough.

Ya'll need to do something about this. It happens constantly and it makes trying to play both time consuming and unpleasant. Personally, I think both the ropes and the clocks are way too long. Moreover, it's ridiculous that if a player is clearly roping out on purpose and doing nothing, they are still given priority to play things 2 more times for close to a minute without ever touching the keyboard. The lack of any sort of punishment for abusive behavior (there's not even an ability to report a player in game), is also maddening in a modern multiplayer game--there are games that ask considerably less of their players monetarily with vastly better moderation. As far as I know, I'm not aware of anyone at Wizards even acknowledging this issue exists. Please do better.

This is incredibly bad in Historic Brawl. To me it probably happens in about half my matches.

Ignore Players - Prevent seeing them in random matches.
I'm getting tired of what seems like every 3rd or 4th player deciding to just sit there and let their time outs expire instead of simply playing the game to its end or conceding.
It's reaching the point, where I'm considering being a part of the problem, as your game offers no method for me to prevent this behavior, and it does nothing to punish such actions.
I've opted to stop playing at times because it's not worth the hassle, and it's something you should be able to better handle as a product owner.

OTOH, when you've been playing a slow game and the broken shuffler is handing you everything you need while I've still been waiting on a 3rd land for 7 agonizingly long turns because of your unreasonably slow gameplay, I'm going to rage quit & you'll just have to wait out the timers. Complain to Wizards about fixing the borked shuffler so that we can have fun games! In the meantime, you'll just have to wait out the countdown on the multiple extensions I *earned* while suffering thru a staggeringly one-sided game because you were blessed by the servers while I was getting shafted...

yeah I agree with everything said on this post, I am just after 3 back to back matches where they see they lost, they just sit until they are about to lose by time out then hit next. it is really aggravating and makes new and existing players not want to play the game when that ************.

How is this not a feature yet, soo many toxic players out there makes the grind of Arena really annoying most days. Really unfortunate & extremely disappointed in Arena's lack of interest to follow through with this function!
