Infinite life problems
If you have an infinite life loop, (such as a soul warden + famished Paladin enchanted with presence of gond) and your opponent has removal/ board wipe for the tokens in this scenario, and are unwilling to concede because of this, it becomes unfair to the combo player, whereas in tabletop one could set an arbitrary number x as to how many times the action occurs to determine life total after the loop, the amount of life one can gain on arena is very finite, 100s or so, in tabletop, unless your opponent can beat you in a non-damage way, it is fair to say that you can be declared the winner on the spot, however your opponent is able to simply beat down your life total on arena because of how finite infinite loops are, and let's be honest no one wants to sit through a bunch of triggers on either side of the screen, there should be a function that would reduce time for both players by allowing loops to have an input, X, for how many times the player wants to conduct said loop
