Game loss without playing
Hi,
I made a premier draft deck. Went to play my first game - I saw my opening hand but was not able to keep or mulligan then it suddenly went black, and after some time the program went back to the draft screen with the option to play a game, but did not register a loss at that stage. Then later I came back to the screen and it registered me a loss for the draft - but I did not play the game, and I was not able to play it. This is unfair that I am not able to properly play my draft.

I started a quick draft yesterday but cancelled while waiting for a game and didn't come back to it until today and found that the event already had a game loss without having played.

see log attached for game where i timed out on opening hand without ability to continue leading to a loss.
