It is very disappointing that nothing is happening here.
Some comments suggest that they have received the cards.
This series of quests is so simple, if you can't fix this bug, why can't you just give the accounts the cards.... -

I had the same experience as everybody else. Reported it two months ago, was told it was a known bug and they would add my vote here.
I waited patiently and just today reported it again. Got the same answer. No update on if they would ever try to fix it.
It is infuriating the replies you get from customer service. No sympathy, no action, just a we know this issue its already been reported before.
Its a terrible experience for a new player. But even worse, I bet some new players don't even understand they are missing out on a ton of free cards that everybody else got but them...

Funny they direct everyone to a thread to share their experiences, people share how they are getting compensation, and then Support directly tells the people who report on this given compensation and WANTING to be compensated because their stuff is broken get the run around statement...
"unable to provide any ETA on resolution for this issue, nor can we provide any information on topics of potential compensation"

I also reached out to support with this issue after reading here that apperently some people got their decks unlocked. They just 'resolved' my ticket after a few hours with "unable to provide any ETA on resolution for this issue, nor can we provide any information on topics of potential compensation" ... like this would resolve anything

@Mr. Czapinski#91597 by the sounds of it you just got lucky. It if were that possible, Support should be doing it for everyone else. More likely they just could see a bit more info with your bug. Did you ever log into your old account to confirm they "unlocked" anything for you? Or did they just say something like....
"We can see the decks unlocked in the data, so it is just a visual bug" but one that makes you unable to
1. See your current quests requirements
2. See the decks you unlock (thus making them unusable? Who cares if there is a flag for "unlocked" in the account if you can't use it, see it, or see how to unlock it?) -

I reached out to support today with this issue. After reading the last update I was hopeful that they could unlock the missing decks and tell me how to get it working again. Their response was "We have added your vote to this issue." Very useful.

Just wanted to leave this here for you:
Support updated my ticket. They managed to unlock all the missing decks on my account - unfortunately it took 2 months, so I already started with a new account. Doesn't worth it to catch up the "missing" progress tbh
Yes, the quest is still bugged but the decks were listed in my deck overview -

How did you got the decks?I only have one duo coloured deck...
I guess i go back to an other Game, since they fix this.
Invested 100 Euro for nothing...
