please fix this now. It makes the game not fun to play if I can't get new cards as fast as everyone else.

I was playing with a friend when he told me about collecting the dual color decks after completing the color challenges. I didn't know exactly what he meant but finally saw the quest for getting them. I then realized that it is stuck and I cannot collect all of the dual color decks.

Started playing again after quite some time and it’s stuck since I logged in again. Even had some multicolor decks from last year and didn’t receive the new ones from this year.

The countdown has been stuck for days at 0:00:00, maybe due to the fact that I only logged back after some months away from the game

I also am seeing this issue. The reward reset counter is stuck at 00:00:00 and never refreshes

Patch notes from 2/10 - Kamigawa, "Fixed a bug that could cause Color Challenge quests to get stuck at 0:00:00". Ya right! Still stuck at 0:00:00 and has been for months. Please ACTUALLY fix this bug!!!

Just checked if the issue was fixed months after it hit me and made me quit MTGA.
Congrats, you neither did fix the issue nor did you provide any information about the situation or handed out compensations to affected players.

Unlock A New Deck Timer Stuck at 0:00:00.

The "unlock a new deck" quest is frozen and doesn't reward a new deck nor does it update at all.

2022.13 Kamigawa patch note suggests "Fixed a bug that could cause Color Challenge quests to get stuck at 0:00:00" but it did not get any fix. It is as bugged as how it was past 6 months.

You devs and support team still playing the three monkeys about this issue? A dev team who doesn't have control on their own game and a support team who can't support their players.. You are at bottom of gaming industry, literally pathetic.

Not able to unlock anymore NPE decks counter is stuck on 0:00:00 I've only unlocked about half of them.
