The earn a new deck quest feature is stuck at 0:00:00 left on the timer with no way to earn a new deck

So my girlfriend who started after me, now gets to kick my *** with new decks i don't get. BTW when she got them, ...she got ALL of them at the same time.
I wasn't aware this was such a huge issue for others. This could be a game breaker and a huge revenue killer for MTG Arena.
Think about all the $$$$$$ your losing from people leaving because you wont fix an obviously important issue that can be a deal breaker for a lot of people.MTG YOU ARE LOSING MONEY OVER THIS.

After contacting support and nagging for a couple weeks. I got the decks, yet the quest is still bugged. I hope they address this issue and compensation after this release.

The "unlock the starter decks" vital feature is always stuck at 0:00 wait for tomorrow. I miss 6/10 of the double colored starter decks and I unlocked only the landfall, lifegain, foretell Patrol and the treasure hunt ones. Its been months and it's ridiculous that bugs like card appearance gets fixed immediately and this isn't.

So according to "rumors" after the next set release in 3 days (Even more us bugged players are missing out on then) they are gonna finally view it as a priority and start working on a fix. So in a few days they will begin to finally tackling a problem they have been unable to solve for years ((Look up previous threads where players from years ago ran into this problem))
Maybe this time they can solve it for good. And now that we are finally admitting it is a problem, maybe you can begin to talk about "potential compensation" since your hands have been tied except to give us the finger behind those backs. There have been players who have been kicked out of the game, unable to progress because you didn't want to admit this was an issue, and didn't want to talk about how you were going to make it right for us because you were still in the denial stage.
Well...now that you can admit you have been ignoring our broken accounts, what is the official word on compensation for all the players who have been affected? Why did some players get 10,000 gold while other players were told it was impossible to do?
Will we get the card decks we missed out on and are now unable to get due to rotating seasons? What about the players that were forced to use Wildcards to get cards other players got for free?
So many questions, absolutely zero answers or accountability still.

I received additional information from Wizards that they "have a planned high priority fix in the pipeline shortly after our next set release on November 11, 2021" fwiw.

Dear Dev Team at Wizards of the Coast,
Your mobile app has been great. It would be better if there wasn't a blatant error (Earn a new deck tomorrow! (0:00:00)) on the home page of the app.
Where is my new deck, I have waited so many tomorrows to get it? Don't you care about us, we care about you? I have given you so much real money for your fake money. Won't you pretty please fix your application.
