Bronze tier 0 stuck in standard format, cannot rise tier even 60% winrate, day 30/9/2021 with new season and still not solved

Been like that for months now. I have well over 100 wins in both ranked limited and ranked constructed. I see no fix to this problem. Forever Bronze Zero.

Same issue. Stuck at zero for both constructed and limited no matter how many wins I get.

Same issue here played around 100 standard ranked matches with ~50% win rate and don't see any movement past bronze 0 after a win, don't really want to make a new account since I've already invested in this one...is there really nothing we can do to get this resolved?

This is baffling honestly, at least can the team acknowledge that they're working on the matter? It's a pretty gamebreaking bug and it's removing all my fun and joy from building my new deck

Same there, my account is from the Beta. If i knew i would ahve start the game with a new one. I'm not gonna play a long time a give 1$ if it still going.

Here is an idea to remove the issue. Creat new account with all we have, give it to us, and delete the old buggy one.

Funnily enough, it works with a new account.
This error only occurs with the old account I created when MTG Arena was released....

same problem, they are aware but do not offer any response or eta on fixing it other than this bug has been reported.

Still can't level in ranked... pfff.. takes forever now.. When will they fix it
