I have the same issue. It’s happened twice now.

I completed the Phyrexian mastery tree for blue and green and did not receive the blue and green dominus cards.

I also did not receive Sheoldred from the March of the Machines Mastery Tree once I completed the black tree.

Every effort should be made to rectify this as we technically pay for these cards by paying for the Mastery Pass.

Same issue relevant to Mondrak Glory Dominus

I have the same issue. After I spend my Orb on Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor, I didn‘t receive the card.

Same issue for me... I levelled up 3 trees (2 maxxed) but don't see the claimed cards in any of the collections (i.e std or Alch) I created one of them by mistake while trying to search to see if I had it.

I am still having this issue. it hasn't been fixed for me.
