Color Challenge Network Error
Can’t complete color challenge. I keep getting network error for trying to complete last challenge which is the pvp.

Keep getting the message "Network Error" when I try to play an opponent in the tutorial. I am on the last challenge in the blue deck.

Color Challenge gives an error when trying to complete my last 2 colors (G & B). I was able to complete the other colors but when trying to play the last event for each color, I receive an error saying the event is unavailable. Please fix the issue or remove the challenge icon from the home display, the incomplete pie is driving me bonkers. Thanks!

Having the same network issue as everyone else in this topic. I have completed all white color challenges except the last challenge, which is the pvp one, I have checked my network, network is fine, I tried reinstalling the game, didn't work. Please reset new player experience deck or unlock the final color challenge deck.

Same problem here. Can’t complete the last stages of the color challeges due to ”Network issue, Unable to join event, please try again later”. I don’t have any problems with the network and my mother plays the same game on the same device without problems.

Steps to recreate my specific issue:
Complete initial tutorial.
Complete 4 of 5 Black Color Challenges.
Attempt to play final Black Challenge.
Receive "Network Error. Unable to join event. Please try again later."I request that the unlocks be given to my account that I would receive upon completion.

So, I'm trying to complete the final color challenge for the two free Rare Wildcards and for some reason I always get a "Network Error" pop-up. I've tried numerous methods like restarting the tutorial. Completing the other color challenges, waiting a couple days and still nothing. I've had this issue since I first downloaded the game and it's the Blue challenge that I've always had the issue with.
Wizards of the Coast or whatever game developer is in charge, please fix this.I have some images, but they won't upload so yeah. I know I'm not the only player having this issue.

So far I have completed the first 4 challenges in black red and green. The 5th challenge for all 3 of them gives a network error when I try to play them. Please help. Thanks,

Hello there im jozef from czech and i startem to play mtg just 2weeks. When i wanted compleate color challange first day of playing... it wasnt possible and guess what.. its still not possible.) It says that let me try it later but 2weeks seems too long. Can i actually get any help?
BTW. With out compleated color challanges i actually cant play! What to do please let me know ty for help.(playing on android)

Just made an account, doing color challenge. When trying to do the last match of any color challenge against a real player, an error pops up saying "Network Error. Unable to join event. Please try again later." I'd love to play but I literally can't.

Hey everybody,
as lots of you I recently had the problem that when trying to do the last stages of the color challenges to unlock the PvP mode. I got an "Network Error" and MTG Arena wont let me play the last stages.
I just wanted to quickly provide a solution which fixes it:
1. Go to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
2. Select a suited topic e.g. "Technical troubleshooting"
3. Fill out the form.
4. Here's the important point: When it comes to describing the issue you need to ask the support to add the "New Player Experience Decks" to your account.
5. The support will add them to your account manually
6. Have fun completing the challenge :) -

I just reported you the colour challenge problem. If you cant solve it, I ask you to unlock me, so I can have my bonus.
I spend a lot of money to improve my decks, and it's good of you unlock me this session because it's a bug, not my faul.
