Compensate for New Deck Tomorrow Bug
Since my interactions on this forum and by contacting Customer Support have so far proven fruitless, I am posting here. Like many others such as "https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs-product-suggestions/suggestions/44066781-earn-a-new-deck-stuck-at-0-00-00" have experienced the issue that prevents them from earning new decks since at least March of 2020. I see zero reason why a player such as myself who encounters this bug through no fault of their own should not be compensated. In other words, all decks that would be unlocked through the quest the player is actively prevented from completing should be granted the cards/decks they are entitled to. I suggest you do so soon as my frustration from a month of e-mailing customer support to fix this problem turned me from a paying player to uninstalling on my device and my children's as well as ceasing to play with my friends who were also getting excited for the game. I cannot say whether my constant complaining will impact their spending/playing but I can tell you that it's abhorrent to me for a company to actively deprive and make no effort towards recompense. I strongly suggest you change your stance to providing/manually unlocking these cards. If I receive a response stating as such, you will at the very least get me back as customer. Otherwise, good luck in your future business decisions.
