I cast swirling mist with enough mana for X > auto-tap solution changed, hit auto. Spell casts but goes straight to graveyard without being able to choose creatures.

This has happened to me three times this week.

This is still happening, as of may 2023

Was playing in a tournament and cast March for 3 (1 blue and X x 3) and it tapped the mana but did nothing. Cost me the tournament.

I cast March of Swirling Mist for X=3 using 4 treasures. Card went straight into graveyard without allowing any target selection.

Hello, I just experienced this issue for two games in a row. I had other games where it didn't occur and the difference is the ones that did I paid for some of the cost with the land Mirrex.

I had this exact same issue happen, I spent 4 mana to activate march of swirling mist to phase three attackers, and it went to the graveyard without any effect. This was during draft and cost me the game.

During the Neon Dynasty sealed event, I was unable to target my creature to phase out with "March of Swirling Mist". To reproduce:
1. Cloudsteel Kirin in play
2. Cast March of Swirling Mist with X=1.
3. Attempt to select Cloudsteel Kirin as a target

The UI asked me to submit creatures, but wouldn't let me select the Cloudsteel Kirin. I was therefore unable to cast the spell and that hurt my chances in the game.
