[Mac OS] - Client is stuck at Login Queue
Under Mac OS - 12.4
Description: the client is unable to log into the account.
Expected behaviour: After client is open, the user credentials are verified and if they are correct, client log to application
Actual behaviour: After the client is open, the client displays a Login Queue message, "We are experiencing heavy load at the moment, and your login has been queued", it does not login regardless of how long the client is open
NOTE: localization seems to be mixed, most of the message is shown in english, however the "Play" button, is replaced by "Jogar", mixing English to Portuguese

Same here. Support have not been able to provide any suggestions that have had any impact whatsoever. I've reinstalled the game, restarted my machine, reset internet settings, reset router, changed internet connection and used wired/wireless connections, etc.
Isn't this the type of thing that is the exact reason why log files exist? For the diagnosis of technical problems? It is clear to me that the pre-written text the technical support team is providing as a potential solution is a total shot in the dark and I get the sense that this issue has not actually been looked into in detail.
If 250+ people are experiencing this issue and bothered to login, post it and/or vote, I bet that means there are many times as many users that haven't done so.
