With the change in Starter Decks, you not only deleted my old 2023 Starter Decks but also didn't give me the new Starter Decks. I have won with a few of the 10 new dual colored Starter Decks and yet none of them are appearing in my list of Starter Decks. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Threads from prior years seem to indicate that this is an ongoing multi-year issue that could be costing you players and customers.

I see my 'starter deck' session but I have mono color decks and bg color deck. I am missing the 2023 starter decks

Like many other players, I have not received multiple dual color starter decks and the cards associated with them in my collection. I only have Sylvan Wisdom.

Ive recently come back from a long break. Color challenge was done a WHILE ago and just did the "Starter Deck Duel" and finished the three wins, but no starter decks gained.

I have only received a single 2024 starter deck, and WotC had marked it as "resolved" with the following "resolution";
The issue you have reported has been sent up to the developers to review. At this time I do not have an update on when this will be fixed.

I guess it's time to start talking about this as a Content Creator, 30yr Customer, and Arena player since the open beta ?!

I only have 6 starter Decks.

I have the same issue. I 've unlocked one of the dual colour decks but I can't seem to unlock any of the others

I also have not got either of the new starter decks I have won games with (Sylvan Scrying and Phyrexian) in the starter deck section of my deck nor a mission for them.

I only have the green/blue starter deck and there's no mission or xp to unlock other two colored decks

i only have the white/red deck

After the update of july anthologies I have only the new white and green starter decks and I'm missing all the other new two colored starter decks

I only have the Blue/Green deck of all the two-color decks. Winning in Starter Deck Duel doesn't unlock them either.
