Game freezes seemingly at random
- Can’t really reproduce it reliably but the game freezes and become unresponsive during some matches
- iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS v.15.6.1
- The UI becomes unresponsive but the sounds keeps playing. I need to force close the app and restart it to get it working again. And since this is a relatively slow process I’ve missed several turns that in the end cost me the match
- No game freezes during matches
- N/A as I don’t get any error messages or visual indications of the error other than a frozen screen
- Haven’t found any workaround but I’ve followed all steps outlined in https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055259831-Mobile-Performance-Issues-Crashes and the issue still persists

I have had regular freezes during matches on iPhone where everything in the app is non-responsive. If I notice quickly enough, I can force quit the app and log back in before my timeouts gets used up, but that is not always the case. Sometimes I have games where this happens at a crucial moment in the game and I end up losing because I wasted an entire turn.
Today, I had a different type of freeze, where the UI was still responsive, and my opponents timeout timer appeared to count down, but when it reached the end, nothing happened. I rebooted the app to find I had lost an entire turn, and subsequently lost the match.
I don’t know if it’s possible to get log files from the iOS, but if it is, I will do so.
