Destroy Evil Priority Bug
Destroy Evil is not given priority during or after battle despite a creature being greater than 4 toughness. This was on iOS, iPhone 11 with all current updates.
Opponent used Strength of the Coalition on his Mesa Cavalier in response to using the -1/-1 debuff from my splatter goblin dying to sacrifice via Gibbering Barricade. I have a Destroy Evil in hand, so I wait for the Strength of the Coalition w/ kicker to resolve, expecting to get a priority hold since I can then target the Cavalier with my Destroy Evil since it is now 4 toughness.
Instead, the game ignores that I can cast the Destroy Evil between the spell resolving and Splatter Goblin’s effect and applies the debuff before giving me priority again. This caused me to lose a close game since I had no other way of dealing with the Cavalier.

I have a problem with Destroy Evil in the stack as well. In my case, Guardian of New Benalia was enlisting a 4/4 Queen Allenal. There was also an Adaline Resplendent of Cathar on the battlefield which is a 4 toughness.
Rules on enlist should allow me to cast an instant after the target of enlist is tapped as payment for the ability. However, the game did not give me the option to cast Destroy Evil at all, and I had plenty of mana to cast. I should have been able to cast it and target either valid target.
Even further, after the enlist action had completed and I went to declare defenders and combat resolution occurred, I was never able to cast Destroy Evil as an instant. Arena never allowed it as a valid card to play. Somehow using enlist seemed to break the stack.
