Creature Destruction with Pending Triggers
When there is a pending trigger attached to a creature and the creature is destroyed before the resolution of this trigger, the player (that's me) is unable to resolve this trigger. The player must wait until they run out of time and skip their turn, or concede entirely.
This is a new bug that's been introduced in one of the most recent updates.

I'm 100% sure this bug is due to the recent release of the game changing how the triggers are rendered. In the past, the trigger prompts for Lotus Cobra would always appear in the same spot. Now they seem to appear next to the Lotus Cobra on the battlefield. Since we are talking about Lotus Cobras in the Graveyard, it seems like some edge case that an engineer didn't handle properly.
Right now, this really sucks. I was playing a _really_ engaging game. And this **** bug made me force concede even though I was almost certainly going to win! I had to wait through three timer cycles, the game warned me I was about to be forced to concede, and it made me concede. I had _NO WAY_ of passing my turn to the next player. There was no way out of it. This is an absolutely awful bug.
This should be set as a Critical bug in your JIRA, at minimum, and thrown into the next sprint cycle.

Repro steps:
1) cast Lotus Cobra
2) drop land onto battlefield
3) observe trigger requiring player input to select mana type
4) opponent casts interrupt spell to destroy or exile Lotus Cobra
5) observe that player is unable to resolve this trigger
