When wastes are included in a deck there is a server error preventing it from saving. Both regular and full art wastes have this issue.
Still broken. Very disappointing given we’ve waited so long for this.
Same issue here. Really disappointing considering I blew a ton of wildcards to build my Kozilek Historic Brawl deck.
I am having the same issues, the Wastes keep popping in and out of the "finished" deck, but can't create the deck because of Network Error.
Being a Waste lover, I immediately went to make a new deck when I heard the land finally got added to Arena. However I was facing a very annoying bug where every time you add or remove a card, the lands will remove themselves and add themselves. This makes it nearly impossible to change the amount of lands you have and also kind of annoying that whenever you add a card you go from 60/60 to 36/60.
Keep an eye on my card count and the land count in the video:
Wastes bugged, every time i give a card to my deck, all the wastes disappears, when i put the next card, they are back.

It's not fixed.
Check it out.
Please fix Wastes. You cannot add them to your deck, and even if you can the program will not save your deck.
Very frustrating, definitely a feature I've been waiting on for some time and its opening debut in Arena is bugged out completely. Hopefully this is resolved soon, colorless brawl decks have needed wastes for so long!
Another related bug (client side): the network error is not correctly handled client side, as the deck list (when opened again after the error) will show wastes visually, but queueing with the list will use the previous version of the deck (in my case, with mountains instead of wastes)
Based on some comments on redit and other forums, this might be due to wastes not being seen as "basic" lands (and so unlimited amount in any historic format) as using the auto include lands feature with a colorless commander is not consistent (if no lands are present in the deck, 40 wastes are added, but adding non basic lands after will randomly change the amount of wastes in the deck, most of the time removing all of them)
Game breaking bug!! You cannot use the basic lands "waste" in deck building. It will give you a network error and won't let you finish the deck. Please fix this, I just bought product from you and I can't even use it. Very very disappointing WotC.

When I try to add wastes (or take them out of a deck) it won't work unless arena does it for you (which is only happening when I take out all of the colorless cards)
I am having this exact issue. The most recent attempt locked up Arena and I had to force close it and restart my computer for it to reopen and allow me to get in again.
I don't know what I'm supposed to do to get this to work. I don't feel as I should open a new ticket if there is already one going.
Following the newest update with Explorer Anthology 2, Wastes were finally added as a basic land for colorless decks. However, if I try to edit and include them in a deck, I get a Network error that says the deck changes cannot be submitted. Furthermore, if you DO manage to take the deck out, you will get another Network error saying the deck cannot be submitted for the match.
It's not just the full-art. It's any Wastes and reportedly it's in Explorer and Historic as well.
Bought the full art wastes and tried to make a historic Brawl deck with them.. I would add 40 of them, and then every time I added another card they would all disappear... then I would add another card then they would reappear... then when I was finished i would try to save the deck and it wouldnt let me. The deck won't work with Wastes.
How has this still not been addressed? It cannot be that hard.
Please include Wastes as a basic land type for historic play in MTG Arena. Colorless decks do not have an option for fetchable lands. There are no lands to search with Solemn simulacrum, Evolving Wilds, Assissin’s Trophy, Ghost Quarter, Field of Ruin, artifact land tutors, etc. this puts colorless decks at a disadvantage with commonly played cards.
