It's not just the full-art. It's any Wastes and reportedly it's in Explorer and Historic as well.

My email feedback has been directed to this forum, so I'll just say that I have uninstalled the game from all platforms and will not be returning. You lost a paying customer over greed and mismanagement, WOTC.

It's not a bug/hack/exploit, it's just Alchemy being hot garbage. It's an instance of an infinite combo, albeit one enabled by trash Alchemy mechanics.
