Downloaded on my touchscreen laptop specifically to play with the touchscreen because I've been looking for ways to play without aggravating my developing carpal tunnel. I guess this means no more arena until it's fixed!!!

this is seriously some janky**** especially since I love using my surface pro for playing this game but now I'm stuck to my tiny **** phone screen

The lack of support is simply incredible. I have stopped playing this game completely due to this bug.

newest update (2023.24.10) didn't fix the problem yet. Let's see when it will be important enough to get fixed

This has been broken for months, never spending another penny on Arena if support for critical functionality is this poor.

I raised a support ticket to get some clarity on why this issue is being ignored. They didn't get into any specifics, but they said that "This feedback is reviewed directly by the Arena development team."

By this they meant bugs reported here. So the only way to interpret that is that they know about it, but either don't care or don't have someone competent enough to fix it.

Not sure it will make any difference. Any functional company would have addressed this long ago, not to mention tested the update before releasing it, so that it doesn't have critical bugs.

Seriously, how is this not fixed by now. Every modern card game has touch control, can we at least get some reasoning as to why this is/isn't being worked on?

Multiple money making updates, nothing in touchscreen functionality.

From a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex5 and on 2/28/23 update, touchscreen is not working either. On the latest version of Windows 10

Windows touch screen has been broken since December 2022 and is still non functioning as of the software's update 2023/02/28

February 28th 2023 , after the software update today:

TouchScreen still does not work.

But I am sure that they are spending precious resources adding more important features, like the stupid rain and other useless animation that litters the screen.

Almost three months, devs must be asleep. Glad I stopped paying for anything in this game
