Game gets stuck
TLDR: The game got stuck without any apparent reason, here the details:
Give us the steps to reproduce the bug - Random game, can't say how to reproduce it
Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS) - This time happened in my MacBook, but this happens SUPER frequently in Mobile (at least in 2-3 out of 10 games)
Enter the actual results you’re experiencing - I can't perform any action in the game; I can open the settings menu and click 'concede', but nothing happens. I do visualize the two timers running out, after the second timer runs out, the game stops any interaction. The only option I have is to close the game and open it again.
Enter the expected results of the feature - I've read many folks experiencing the same, as some of them, I also suspect this is a connection issue. It seems to me that the game needs to be more resilient to support connection issues like high-latency or slow-speed issues. I believe it could be feasible to give the game the ability to detect this (based on user inactivity) and provide the user a chance to recover.

If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps - The only workaround I've found (in mobile and Mac) is trying to be very fast in detecting the game got stuck (it is a little deceiving because sometimes you don't know if it is just your opponent thinking or waiting for his next move) and when it happens I quickly restart the game.
The workaround is super annoying because in the best case scenario when you resume the game, your previous turn has been skipped or the opponent has made some moves to get meaningful advantage without me being able to respond.
FINAL NOTE - Wizards, please pay attention to this, I work as a Product Manager, and I can say, based on the number of reports related to this and based on my own experience, that you are losing user engagement and, therefore, money.
When this bug started to happen often to me on my Mobile, I stopped playing Drafts on my mobile, so I don't waste my precious gems playing matches on mobile where the game is very prone to fail, now I only play quests on mobile to mitigate the risk in case of failure.
Now the bug happened in my MacBook, I am really discouraged from playing Drafts, therefore, buying gems, which was the usual scenario where I buy gems on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
Anyway, the only reason I am reporting this with so much detail is that I really enjoy the game, and I hope you can fix this issue soon.
