ETB trigger order
I had a brutal cathar with a sheoldred underneath and a tocasia's welcome in play. My opponent targets the cathar with a gftt, I respond with a zephyr sentinel, target my cathar w/the bounce trigger. The game stacks ETB triggers with bounce on top, draw on bottom, so sheoldred returns, then I draw, causing me to unnecessarily lose 2 life. Granted, zephyr sentinel isn't played in a lot of builds, but these are all cards that see a fair amount of standard play. Easy enough to fix; just put draw triggers always on top when sheoldred is not in play. It should always be this way, as drawing adds new information which may warrant a response to other stacked triggers. Drawing last limits your options and is only preferable when draw penalties are involved.

Thanks, that will help. I tried using full control, but perhaps a better question might be "Why don't I get to choose stack order when using full control?" Or "Why do they call it 'full control' when I am not fully put in control?" And my point about draw triggers resolving first stands.

You can turn off auto-ordered triggers in the settings
