Casting a spell when turn time is about to run out makes the game hang
When my turn timer was bout to run out, I cast a permanent spell without flash. The game changed to my opponent's turn, but the permanent spell was left on the stack, and my turn timer appeared.
Instead, the spell should either have completed, or it should have been exiled (like ending the turn does in the comprehensive rules).
