Phyrexia Dual Lands BROKEN....
The Phyrexia All for one Dual Lands are broken. They act the reverse of how they are supposed to act. Specifically, the Blackcleave Cliffs, Copperline Gorge, Darkslick shores, Seachrome Coast and Razorverge Thicket.
When you put these lands out BEFORE you have 2 lands out, they don't auto-tap. When you put them out AFTER you already have 2 lands out, they auto-tap when played.
This has already screwed me up a few times in games. I've lost round after round of being able to use that land when I'm supposed to be able to use that land. And it also can be taken advantage of, in that if you play it before you have 2 lands out, you can use it right away.
This has been happening for at least a month now.

This is a bug that needs fixing. I've drawn these lands multiple times after I've had 2 lands already and they entered tap which cost me the game.

You are the one not reading the cards correctly. The lands of the ONE cycle enter tapped unless you control two or FEWER other lands. There is a cycle of lands in Standard right now (in both Innistrad sets), that works how you think this cycle should, e.g. Deathcap Glade, that enter tapped unless you control two or MORE other lands.

These lands come into play tapped unless you control two or fewer other lands. As long as they are at most your third land, they will come into play untapped. This is how they are supposed to work.
