can't claim starter decks on the starter deck event, even after 3 wins. Don't know if you are supposed to, but can't claim new rewards either

I am experiencing the same issue. During the thirst three wins of starter deck duel, I used two different decks. Both unlocked. All wins after the third do not appear to be unlocking any of the other decks.

I'm having this issue as well. 9/3 wins, but I can't access Ignite the Forge, Balancing Act, On the Hunt, or Spellweaver to play them in Standard mode.

I'm experiencing the same issue after winning twice with the UR starter deck, once on PC and one on Android.

I’m started playing MTG on iPad again and I played the Starter Deck Duels. I won most of them including rb rg bw but I do not see the decks in the deck list. Only the first I unlocked.

Seems not only one having this issue. Decks are not being added when I win with them in Starter Deck Duel. Please fix this issue

Same kinda thing. won 3 games with black white. it and the previously won deck have shown up. but it is stuck in a type of repeat. it says ive won 3(+x)/3 games. and wont let me win any other decks

I have played and won with all the starter decks in the Starter Deck Duel event, as per suggestion in the event description, but four out of ten decks are not showing up in my Deck > Starter Decks account page. I believe this is a bug, since the other six decks are showing up correctly. Please fix this manually if only my account is involved.

Having the exact same issue with the Red Green Werewolf deck.

Starter deck duel shows the same win count for all decks, including ones I haven’t played. It also shows greater than 3 wins.

Had the same, won 3 times with a new deck and didn't get it in my standard or custom decks. After I won 3 times with my initial, different deck, it seems to be bugged.

Why this bug only showed up now is a mystery, but now I literally have no way to gain access to 2-color starter decks that have been removed from my collection.

In addition to the 3 decks mentioned by Peppersauce#33544, I'm also missing the GR deck and I'm quite unhappy losing that deck from my Starter Decks if the way to get it back doesn't work.

The exact same thing happened to me, looks like 3 of the starter decks (BW/BR/UR) got updated with new cards I don't have, after noticing that I started playing that new mode to get the cards I'm missing before I hit them as ICRs or in packs. (already happened once with Static Net and there's 3 copies of it in the BW deck)

After 3 wins I received 2 rare ICRs and a new card style but not the 5-6 cards I'm missing to complete the BW deck. As a F2P user it's not ideal since ICRs are a neat way to add to my collection but now there's the risk I "waste" a bunch of them on cards I should receive through the updated starter decks anyway. That is, unless I'm misinterpreting the message in the event.

Despite winning 3 games in Starter Deck Duel mode with the Black and White deck it did not show up in my Starter Decks.

I am having this issue as well. It is trying to get me to use my wild cards to complete the deck. I’ve played this deck before with no issues, why would I use my wild cards to complete it now? It’s a starter deck, it should be complete to begin with.

Storm of Blades is unplayable because of two cards are missing.
