Requeue after canceling queue caused me to lose a match.
I queued for a match and waited 2+ minutes in a draft queue, which is very unusual. I cancelled the queue because I figured there was an issue. I then requeued and found a new match. When I finished that match, I saw that I had been credited for both my match win, and a loss that I did not earn. I assume this is because the game kept my first queue open and then I lost the match due to timeout?

For Draft problems go to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and select "Report a problem with my event."

This exact same thing happened to me. But Luckily I matched with a Twitch streamer and got to see it happen live. Apparently if you quit the queue at the perfect moment when matched, you will time out of their game and get a match loss. I had joined another match and won that one, while on stream I was timing out.
I reported this and they said to come on here and get votes or something which seems ridiculous for such a serious bug.
This seems like a very serious and widespread issue that players don't know is happening to them. You have no indication it happened to you other than suddenly having an additional match loss. Which you could always second guess and assume you just counted wrong.
