Replace ‘kill x of your opponents creatures’ with ‘remove x of your opponent’s creatures from battlefield’
Currently in arena, one of the daily quests is kill x of your opponents creatures.
Arena specifically takes this to mean that these creatures must enter the graveyard.
While this would encourage playing creature removal, as the creatures need to hit the graveyard, many spells that eliminate creatures also exile them.
Currently mono red decks play with Kumano faces kakazan and it flips to etching of Kumano, if you were to use burn spells or even if creatures died in combat because they are exiled, they do not count towards the quest.
Boardwipe spells like sunfall and farewell do not count because they exile even though they remove creatures.
My solution to make this quest less incredibly specific would be to change it from ‘kill’ to remove from their battlefield’ Ideally this would mean exile effects would count, but also spells temporarily exile a creature, like most of white’s removal in standard, blue spells that return creatures to their opponent’s hands and maybe even spells that ‘blink’ a creature like eternal wanderer.
This would still rely on your opponents having creatures in their deck but allow for more interactions to count and still take a few matches to get it done and fall in line with the difficulty and variety of ways to complete the other daily quests like the colo specific quests or the attack quests.

The "kill x of your opponent's creatures" quest does not count creatures that have been killed but were sent to exile from a replacement effect like Leyline of the Void or Etching of Kumano.
I have killed several creatures in monored with Etching of Kumano on the battlefield, yet my quest progress stays at 0/25
