obliterator
phyrexian obliterator sacs wrong player.
on resolve of damage spell, obliterator always sacs not-owner and never owner as it should.
card reads the controler of that card.
but it executer as if coded for "target oponnent" or something,
the card also trigers on -1/-1 counters. it is broken all over the place.

ok so it is a bug that it procs by being sac for other efects them.
also aint obliterator from "all will be on" or "march" ? its preety new of a card, like this year i gess.
i think it trigers on nahiri sacrifice cos it does damage but also send it to the discard pile at the same time, idk spaggety code.
it also wont triger rigth if it switches control or gets tokened, and it wont understend death touch, like it always take full damage.
it triguer after dead, and after exile .
it also convolutes damage times whit damage amoun, like if you copy a 0 damage "pay x deal x" card o it you gota sac because it is dealing 0 damage or some bs. -

"Whenever a source deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, that source’s controller sacrifices that many permanents."
This can be reads as:
"Whenever a creature deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, that creature’s controller sacrifices that many permanents."
"Whenever an artifact deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, that artifact's controller sacrifices that many permanents."
"Whenever an instant deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, that instant's controller sacrifices that many permanents."
"Whenever a sorcery deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, that sorcery’s controller sacrifices that many permanents."
"Whenever a Planeswalker deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, that Planeswalker’s controller sacrifices that many permanents."
"Whenever an enchantment deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, that enchantment's controller sacrifices that many permanents."
Does that make sense now?If your creature deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, you sacrifice as many permanents as damage your creature dealt to it.
If your spell deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, you sacrifice as many permanents as damage your spell dealt to it.
If your artifact deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, you sacrifice as many permanents as damage your artifact dealt to it.
If your Planeswalker deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, you sacrifice as many permanents as damage your Planeswalker dealt to it.What Rezzahan is talking about prints is that Phyrexian Obliterator was first part of the New Phyrexia set that came out over a decade ago on May 13, 2011.

that is how it should work, thus the bug report.

Nope, don't even know what you mean by that.
Phyrexian Obliterator was first printed in the New Phyrexia set.
If you sac theObliterator to anything, it doesn't trigger its own sacrifice clause.
If you Bolt your own Obliterator, you have to sac three permanents. That's how the Obliterator is worded and how it works.

@Rezzahan#77802
you are the guy that keeps trolling, telling people to report bugs on the events category arent you?
my report os that obliterator is NOT sacrificing the source controler, but is sacrificisn the oponents ALWAYS.
also i am preaty shure it is a phyrexian horror and not a reprint.
it should not sac when beig sacrificerd as cost to nahiri sacrifice and that kind of stuf.
and not when pinged by owner, like self ping, like i boult my own obliterator. -

"Whenever a source deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, THAT SOURCE'S CONTROLLER sacrifices that many permanents."
The Obliterator works as intended, and as a reprint has done so for many years.
If however, the placing of -1/-1 counters triggers it, that would be a bug. Chances are, though, that those counters are being placed as the result of damage, and thus it should and would trigger.
