During a Standard match, the game fails to time out during opponent's turn (PC)
- Opponent's turn starts
- Opponent does not take any action on their turn for the period of time that triggers a turn time countdown
- The turn counter begins to count down as the opponent continues not to take any action but stops counting down as it reaches zero for the first time
- The game never times-out due to countdown despite opponent never taking any actions (after 10+ min)
Expected: The time counter will successfully reach zero when an opponent does not take any actions on their turn. The counter will then continue the countdown again until eventually the opponent loses the game.
Actual: The time counter does not successfully continue to countdown when an opponent does not take any actions on their turn after a period of time and freezes at 0 during the first countdown.
Note: Selecting Concede also does not end the match.
