BUG: Mac Client only works in Full Screen mode after KTK update
If you launch the Mac client in windowed mode (i.e., not in Full Screen mode), you cannot click on anything. Nor can you easily quit the game! (You have to force quit it, e.g., via the Activity Monitor app.)
The solution is to delete your preferences so that the MTGA client will open in Full Screen mode by default.
To delete your preferences, open a terminal -- the Terminal app will suffice -- and execute the following commands.
$ cd ~/Library/Preferences
$ rm com.wizards.mtga.plist
You'll have to log back in and reset your client preferences to taste. Just don't uncheck the Full Screen option!
NB: Before I stumbled across the solution, I had reported this issue here: https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs-product-suggestions/suggestions/47557061-unable-to-click-in-mac-client-after-ktk-update

Same here, Macbook Pro M2 Pro since updating to MacOS 14.2.
Fix above works but limits to only ever running in fullscreen mode.

I have a similar problem on Mac but only after I updated to Sonomna 14.2.. I can't klick anything, I also can't change resolution or anything. Did uninstall and reinstall 2 times by now.

I have the same issue! The only solution I found to play in window mode is to set the refresh rate to max 120. Even though window mode works, the client is really buggy - Scrolling through decks is impossible and clicking on decks is a nightmare. It takes 3+ clicks to edit

Same problem since yesterday's KTK update. Very frustrating on a larger screen where MTG usually only consumes a portion of the real estate.
