I've been trying for days, win lose or draw, it will not give me credit toward challenge.

I have a quest to complete jump in three times with the reward of a jump in token. I complete the first jump in, and get credit. The second and third do not award credit and the quest then resets with the daily timer to none complete. I have been trying to complete this for weeks using various methods to no effect. I cannot drop the quest either as it is not a daily quest.

I logged in today and the quest is back to 0 out of 3! What is happening?

I started the Jump-In event with 1 of those 3 tokens the game gifted me, won some games but the counter was stuck on 1/3, so I left the event, spent another token and won another game but nothing, the quest counter was stuck at 1/3! I did it one more time, spending my last token, and I had the same result. Now I'm out of tokens and can't continue with the blue quests.

Could you please refund me the tokens so I can wait for a fix with those saved for later? Thank you in advance.

I have issues with my 3 Jump In completion quest.

I spent 3 tokens and 1000 gold to do so, but when i finish it, my counter doesn't improve.

I have spend a lot of gems that I bought with money thinking it was something I had done wrong.

I go to Jump In since I have to complete it 3 times which is 1 win for each completion.

As soon as I join and win 1 I see the tracker change to 1 out of 3 then when I rejoin to do the 2nd one it just resets and now its back to 0 out of 3 again daily.

A lot of money has been lost due to this and I would like my gems refunded please.
