Remove token limit and extend timer when active
The timer should only apply to a static board state. If a player is assigning blockers, actively resolving effects or any other action that is actively being performed (which the game should be able to discern), the timer should not run. Pretty ****** way to lose when you can't physically assign blockers in time, particularly when you're guaranteed a win on your next turn.
In addition, there should not be a limit on the number of tokens on the board. Has to be a way to easily code beyond the 250 token limit
