Played since beta wo any issues. Got this error first time a couple of days ago. Tried all the "google fixes" like disable ipv6 not using noneng chars etc. Nothing fixed it.

Playing on Android, just got this issue for the first time and it hasn't changed in a few days... Will this get fixed?

I still have this bug consistently... I found some reddit posts that helped, but after a few days the error came back. How can this be an issue still 9 months later...

I've been getting this today on both Android and Windows, people on reddit mentioned two workarounds:
Disable IPv6 on your device or change the device name to contain only English letters, no spaces and no symbols.

This started happening to me yesterday. Have reinstalled the game twice, checked file integrity etc. I have seen some players report that changing your computer name fixes this - I refuse to do that, this is a totally ridiculous workaround. Fix your bloody game, Wizards!

This is still a problem and none of the fixes work for me! Game just went kaput a week ago and I have had this error ever since. It hasn't resolved itself. Please fix it!

I have solved this issue just change your computer name to an English name,other language is not ok.

Ditto - tried without VPN, with VPN, reinstalling, standalone client, Steam client, et cetera. I have gigabit fibre internet, my connection is certainly not at fault here.
