Purchased card but did not receive it
I purchased Bloodletter of Aclazotz from daily deals on 2/5/2024 for 600 gems. The card showed up as purchased but it does not show up in my collection. I tried to report as a purchase problem but could not because it requires the purchase number which I never received. I do not know how to take a screenshot and I cannot get a log because I exited the game and restarted it to see if that would solve the problem. Now when I download the log it begins from the time I restarted the game. This is my first time reporting a bug and I did not know about the logs until after I restarted and went to the report a bug option in the settings. I'm not sure If there is a way Wizards can check to confirm my purchase but if you can I would appreciate it because I purchased the gems with cash and I feel a little ripped off.

You did NOT purchase a card. The store NEVER sells individual cards. It sells "card styles," AKA "alternate art."
