on pc while browsing the store i used gems and in game currency to purchase a few packs.. by doing so i completed the needed packs to obtain a gold pack. after opening the purchased packs i attempted to open the gold pack. when i attempted to open it, a blank error message prompted and only had the ok button on it.. it was blank other than that. i tried again and same result. i closed the game and reopened it.. and the gold pack was gone and i never received my gold pack, i checked my collection to see if it was just added, but the only new cards i had was the new cards i received from the purchased packs. no new rares or mythics from the gold pack.
