Balance out the power creep.
There are alot of cards that have incredibly high power creep in terms of power and durability, with no focus on role. A prime example is the Spring-Leaf Avenger.
It has a passive ability that suggests its role is that of a healer of sorts. It moves cards from the graveyard to your hand when you get a successful hit. However, it is also a 6/5 Ninja.
The Dokuchi Shadow walker is a damage dealer ninja but its a 5/5 ninja.
And the prosperous thief for some reason has 3/2 despite its main job being to ensure treasure gets generated.
And the silver fur master is a 2/2 ninja despite its role to stay on the battlefield.
The spring leaf should have been a 1/2 ninja. The Dokuchi should have been 5/1, The silver fur should have been 1/3 or 1/4. The thief should have been 1/2 or 1/3.
This would allow for people playing ninjas actual time to use ninjutsu to outsmart opponents. As of right now, you hit an opponent with a few turns of ninjutsu and its over. Games that could have gone on and been very rewarding 15-20 turn games become 5-10 turn games, and it cuts the fun short.
P.S. I am a ninja player lol. However this principle is seen throughout the game. Unless a creature has a good reason to have over 3 power, you should NOT be handing power and durability out like candy. Also, the game should be skewed towards durability in most creatures, not power, because then real powerhouses actually have a role to break past defenses. please and ty.
