Flash abilities activate while cloaked with Cryptic Coat
Friend was playing explorer and rattlechains was cloaked with Cryptic Coat. Rattlechains ability to give spirits flash was still activated even while flipped down with Cryptic Coat

This also happens with liberator, urzas battlethopter. I was given the ability to cast artifacts at instant speed even though it was cloaked using cryptic coat. I was able to use the bug and did so to verify since it wasn't going to impact the outcome

This happened to me today on Explorer Bo1 ranked ladder. I didn't take advantage of the bug because it was tactically unsound to do so in the game, but it could have given me an unfair advantage.

1. Have cryptic coat's Etb cloak rattlechains from the top of your library and Boom you can cast spirits with flash.
2. So far seen on Pc
3. I am able to cast spirits at flash speed with no effect allowing me to do so.
4. I shouldn't be able to cast them on my opponent's turn -

When Cryptic Coat cloaks a Rattlechains, while the Rattlechains is still facedown, I'm able to flash in a Supreme Phantom thanks to the Rattlechains which shouldn't work because it's not flipped up yet. I'm not sure if this works when the Rattlechains is cloaked in general, or if it just happens with Cryptic Coat
