Betrayal at the vault
I used a trained arynx to scry, found betrayal at the vault on top of library and kept it there. Opponent played jailbreak scheme on a second trained arynx, and I placed the trained arynx on bottom of library.
Next turn I drew the betrayal at the vault, and wasn't given the option to cast betrayal at the vault, sorcery speed or instant speed.

Did your opponent have two or more targetable creatures? If not, you cannot cast Betrayal at the Vault for lack of targets. You have to target a creature you control (you have an Arynx) AND TWO other creatures, no less. If there were only two or less creatures on the field total, you lack the required number of targets.
