Stalker Stalactite is not descending
How to reproduce this bug:
Place Stalker Stalactite on turn 1
Opponent plays a creature targetable by a removal spell
Cast any removal spell (go for the throat) at turn 2 targeting opponent's creature.
Observe how stalker stalactite is not descending as it's supposed to the moment the opponent's creature is killed

And why would it? You did not decend after all. To descend a permanent card has to enter YOUR graveyard. The only card that entered your graveyard in this scenario is an instant. Also, even if a permanent card entered your graveyard during your turn, Stalker Stalactite triggers in the end step, not right away.
