This update seems to have resolved the issue better.

Update! I exported the deck, copied it, DELETED SIDEBOARD, imported back in, it worked. Previous export / re-import DID NOT WORK until...i deleted the Sideboard. this is a work around, but not good if we need the sideboard huh?

When adding a deck again, the sideboard may or may not be normal,
it may be possible to edit it, although it may not be perfect.

I created a new deck as a test, and when I tried to edit it by double-clicking it, I was able to do it. The deck that was previously inaccessible still has the same problem and cannot be accessed. It might be better to build the deck again and try it out.

For importing decks, what worked for me was not importing sideboard and adding sideboard card by card.
I can't open the decks I have already created if they have sideboard, though. -

All functions are available but editing decks. When I click "edit deck" button, MTGA stucks at "Waiting for the Server" and keep circling. It seems that the client cannot connect to the server only on this occasion.

This happened to me too. I tried downloading the app and pulling it up on my phone and neither of these worked. I also tried alternate ways of getting to the deck editor to no avail. I'll post here if I find a way around it
EDIT: You can get around the bug by loading the deck into a gamemode it isn't legal in and getting to the deck editor that way

FWIW, Thought-Knot Seer seems to be a card that triggers this bug when it is in your Bo3 sideboard.

Since I can now add new decks, I think we're having trouble accessing the My Deck server.

It seems to be an issue with all my decks which have sideboards. I encounter the bug when cards cease to register as being in the sideboard - there is no real pattern to when this will occur, but it will then indefinitely lock me from accessing the deck with the perpetual "waiting for server" screen. The only solution I can find is to remake my decks without sideboards and play best-of-one matches - I did reach out to tech support who basically send me a big copypaste email about how they don't know what the solution is, and will not be helping me currently, suggesting I post in the forums to get a community member to tell me a solution.
